成為空運服務主任(客戶服務)，你將會負責客戶服務、處理貨運文件，包括：出入口文件及轉運文件、貨物追蹤、貨運設備管理，以及航班後續相關工作。
主要職責：
- 提供以客為本的優質客戶服務，處理客戶查詢及跟進貨運後期安排
- 負責處理日常空運文件，如:入口、出口、轉口及報關等相關文件
- 執行貨運訂單指示，確保貨物如期運送
- 負責與相關部門協調工作，並與政府機構及各航空公司保持良好溝通與聯絡。
- 其他主管安排的工作
入職要求：
- 中學學歷或以上
- 懂一般電腦操作，基本文書處理
- 具備良好的溝通能力(英語及廣東話)
- 做事細心，有責任感
- 歡迎無經驗者申請
工作時間及地點：
- 工作時間: 星期一至日 07:00 – 16:00/ 15:00 – 24:00/ 23:00 – 08:00
(5天工作週, 輪班輪休) - 地點: 機場區
